From the very beginning, Jackie and Jordan’s wedding at The London West Hollywood felt chic and deeply personal. High above Los Angeles, the rooftop offered sweeping views of the skyline. As the afternoon shifted into golden hour, soft light filled the space and changed the mood entirely. Because of that glow, everything felt calm, intentional, and warm.
At the heart of the day was the thoughtful planning and design by Wedding Kate. From start to finish, the details reflected Jackie and Jordan perfectly. Over the course of the year, I grew close to the planner and her team, and naturally, they now feel like friends. Because of that connection, photographing this wedding carried even more meaning.
Throughout the rooftop, the design felt warm and elegant. At the same time, earthy tones paired with rich wine accents created a timeless look. Rather than feeling heavy, vintage inspired stripes, light wooden chairs, and a crisp white dance floor kept the space balanced and modern. To bring everything together, City Flowers LA added lush florals that gave the setting texture and depth.
Across the space, details from MTB Event Rentals and Mela Design Co. added character without ever feeling overdone. Meanwhile, hair and makeup by Cheek to Cheek Artistry looked effortless and polished all day long. As the sun dipped below the skyline, string lights came on and the city lights slowly took over. Shortly after, guests filled the dance floor and celebrated under the stars.
In the end, I truly love this couple. After a full year of planning and connection, saying goodbye at the end of the night felt hard. Honestly, I wish they got married once a year haha. They really are that lovely.
