Each wedding is a unique and special event, and I'm thrilled to be able to capture these moments for you. While I do have some standard packages that can serve as a starting point, I believe the best way to provide you with an accurate price is by having a conversation and really understanding your vision and needs.

My goal is to create a photography experience that perfectly aligns with what you're envisioning for your big day. Whether you're considering an engagement session, rehearsal dinner, day-after session, or only  wedding day coverage, I'm here to cater to your preferences.

I'd love to hear more about your plans, your style, and the moments that matter most to you. By getting to know you better, I can craft a custom package, so your wedding story is told in the most authentic and beautiful way possible. So, let's have a chat and create something truly memorable together!

FAQ

Thank you for visiting my FAQ page!
Understanding more about my business and approach can be valuable before we connect. This concise FAQ offers insights into my services and methods. By briefly exploring these common questions, you'll gain a better grasp of how I operate and how I can assist you.

Yes! If you're planning an elopement or a destination wedding, I would be honored to accompany you on your special adventure. I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, which allows me to serve you effectively at your destination wedding.

My specialty is wedding and couple’s photography, but I’m also available for maternity sessions. Family sessions are unfortunately not something I typically cover.

To make it Instagram official, I will send a set of 15 images 2-4 days after the wedding, so you can share them on social media. Elopements and sessions will be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks, and complete wedding galleries in 4 to 10 weeks.

You’ll receive your high-resolution edited photos through a secure online gallery, ready to download, print and share with your family and friends.

I don't promise a specific number of images in your wedding gallery because each wedding is unique, and factors like travel time and breaks can impact the amount of time available for shooting, but rest assured that you will receive a great amount of photos. I prioritize delivering high-quality shots that meet your expectations and capture the essence of your special day.

I don’t typically shoot with film. Digital cameras offer distinct advantages in terms of efficiency, image quality, post-processing flexibility, and ensure photo safety by recording on two memory cards simultaneously. While I may simulate a film look in a few edited shots, they aren't guaranteed in the final gallery; they are fun extra shots that can happen spontaneously throughout the day. If film photography is important to you, I'd be happy to create a custom package with an additional, dedicated film photographer. I also offer you the option of adding film for $150 per roll.

Half the magic (and work!) of photography lies in editing. All the pictures you’ve seen of mine have been edited, that’s why it’s essential to make sure our styles are in alignment. Therefore, I don’t send RAW or unedited files, as they aren’t true representations of my work.

Print as many photos as you’d like! I deliver high-resolution photos and grant printing rights to you. You also have the option of printing directly through your online gallery.

Booking deposits are non-refundable in order to save the date.

I understand wedding plans can sometimes change. That is why I ask my clients to keep me in the loop and let me know their new potential dates ASAP to help ensure I’ll be available. In order to “save the new date”, I’ll change the contract for a small additional fee. Please note: you can only reschedule up to a year from the original contract date; if you select a date I am not available, original deposits will not be refunded.

Speaking from experience, rain/storms/clouds often make for some amazing photos (and crazy adventures!). That said, we’ll reschedule if our safety and my gear are at risk.

I have shot in many different locations across the country and am well prepared to work in a variety of environments and lighting arrangements to get the best shots possible.

Yes! I do have liability insurance. If required, I can provide your venue with a certificate.

It depends on how large of a celebration you’re having. It’s always great to have someone photographing the groom-prep while I am with the bride. Having a second shooter is more efficient, adds variety to the album, and provides extra help to ensure a smooth run through the day. That said, I’ve shot many weddings on my own. It really depends on your specific plans. Either way, having a detailed (and realistic) timeline is essential in order to capture all the key moments.

I understand the excitement of browsing Pinterest and Instagram for wedding ideas and poses. It's important to remember that you're hiring a professional photographer with experience in this field. Therefore, I don't typically recreate other photographers' images as it restricts my creativity and the natural flow of your day. My focus is on capturing the essence of you, your wedding, and embracing your unique personalities. It's important for you to trust in my judgement and ability to guide you in order to capture the best images. I recommend taking a good look at my blog and Instagram posts to familiarize yourself with my style and approach. This will help ensure that we are on the same page and you feel confident in my care.

My style is centered around embracing the client's personality and capturing every moment of their wedding day. I don't adhere to a specific genre/style like editorial or storytelling. Instead, I focus on documenting the unique and spontaneous moments that unfold during the event. While I do include some posed shots, I prefer to give some directions initially and then capture the natural moments that follow. This approach allows for a balance between posed and candid shots, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the wedding day.

Of course! Weddings are fun, but the planning can be overwhelming. Having (and following) a good timeline is the key to a great wedding. It’s what allows you to enjoy your day and live in the moment. Therefore, I’ll gladly help you plan your timeline and advise you to share it with all your vendors, so they are aware of the schedule in advance.

First, go HERE and fill out this easy questionnaire and we’ll set up a phone call to discuss your plans. If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, no worries! I’m also willing to design a custom package for you if your plans are atypical. After making your selections (hours of coverage, engagement session, second shooter options, etc.) I’ll send you the contract to review. I require 50% of the package price to save the date...and then....I’m all YOURS!
