An intimate San Ysidro Ranch Wedding always feels special. Tucked into the hills of Santa Barbara, the setting is peaceful, romantic, and very private. It was the perfect place for Libby and Ryan to celebrate with their immediate family. The whole day felt warm, meaningful, and full of love.

From Camera Shy to Completely Comfortable

From the beginning, Libby and Ryan shared they had never really been in front of a camera. To help them feel more relaxed, we planned an engagement session before the wedding.

Libby kept laughing and saying she didn’t know what to do in front of the camera. Still, they both showed up open and present. They trusted my direction and gave their best from the start. We laughed through the whole session. Within minutes, everything felt natural and easy. Their connection really came through, and they absolutely nailed it.

When I saw them again at their San Ysidro wedding, the transformation was amazing. They were already wonderful to begin with, but now they were completely at ease. We were giggling the entire time. I kept jokingly saying, who is this couple, are they models? Everything flowed so naturally, and we created the most beautiful images together.

She incorporated florals into the ceremony tree in a way that felt organic and incredibly romantic. It blended perfectly with the natural surroundings of the venue and created a truly unforgettable setting.
