Each wedding is approached with care, intention and a deep appreciation for the moments that matter most. While beautiful imagery will always be important, I believe the experience itself should feel just as meaningful.

My role is to create a space where you can feel fully present throughout the day, knowing everything is being documented with honesty, warmth and thoughtful attention to detail. I’ll guide when needed, quietly observe when it matters, and remain attentive to the people and moments unfolding around you.

I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple a personalized and deeply supportive experience from beginning to end. Whether documenting an intimate celebration close to home or a destination wedding abroad, my approach remains rooted in making people feel comfortable, cared for and genuinely themselves in front of the camera.

Cheers!

I know choosing a wedding photographer is about far more than beautiful images alone. It’s about trust, presence and finding someone who will care deeply about both your experience and the moments unfolding around you throughout the day.

Inside this guide, you’ll find an overview of my approach, collection details and what it feels like to work together. My hope is that it gives you a deeper understanding of not only the work itself, but the level of care and intention I bring to every celebration I photograph.

 I’m truly honored you’re here

Intimate Wedding

Destination

More than anything, I want your photographs to feel honest to who you are and meaningful long after the day has passed. My approach is rooted in presence, creating space for moments to unfold naturally while making sure you feel comfortable, supported and fully yourselves throughout the experience. I pay close attention not only to what’s happening, but to how everything feels in real time, preserving the emotion, atmosphere and quiet in-between moments that often become the most meaningful memories years later.

For intimate weddings, elopements and destination celebrations, we’ll begin with a conversation to discuss your photography preferences, coverage needs, location details, dates and the overall vision for your wedding. From there, I’ll thoughtfully create customized collection options tailored specifically to your celebration, allowing you to choose the experience that feels best aligned with your needs.

Collections begin at:

• Weddings: $8,500
• Full weekend wedding coverage: $20,000
• Elopements: $2,000
• Portrait sessions: $1,000 per hour

While these offerings serve as a starting point, many of my collections are fully customized. If we do not find the perfect fit during our call, I’ll be happy to create something more tailored to your celebration.

Once you’ve selected the collection that feels best aligned with your celebration, the next step is preparing your contract and officially reserving your wedding date.

To move forward, I’ll need:

  • Full names of both partners
  •  Individual email addresses for each of you (a shared wedding email can still be used for regular communication)
  • Phone numbers for both partners

A signed contract and 50% retainer are required in order to officially secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding day.

If a parent or someone else is handling payment for the wedding and would prefer pricing to remain private, I’m happy to prepare two separate documents. The couple will receive the main agreement outlining the experience, services and delivery details, while the individual responsible for payment will receive a separate confidential addendum containing pricing and payment information.

From this point forward, I’ll remain available throughout the experience for anything you may need, whether that’s timeline guidance, photography questions or simply helping things feel a little more seamless leading up to the wedding day.

We’ll also begin planning your engagement session, which is such a meaningful opportunity for us to meet in person and create space for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding itself. I often recommend scheduling your session around the same time as the bride’s hair and makeup trial, especially if you’re already setting aside a day for tastings, appointments or venue visits.

Most engagement sessions take place about two hours before sunset, allowing for relaxed, natural light and a slower pace to simply enjoy the experience together. Just don’t plan too much in one day! Save a little energy for the session itself. :)

Once your contract has been signed and the retainer submitted, your wedding date is officially secured on my calendar and the planning process can truly begin.

Long after the wedding day has passed, the photographs become one of the few tangible ways to return to how everything truly felt.

The celebration itself moves quickly. The flowers are eventually packed away, the music quiets and everyone slowly returns to everyday life. What remains are the people, emotions and fleeting moments preserved within the photographs, often becoming more meaningful with time.

A preview gallery will be delivered within the first week after your wedding day, sometimes sooner depending on the season and travel schedule. I intentionally give myself space to thoughtfully go through the images and curate a collection that feels cohesive, emotional and fully reflective of your celebration.

Your full gallery will be delivered within 10 weeks through a private online gallery where you’ll be able to download your images, share them with loved ones and access professional print and album offerings directly through the gallery store.

You and your partner will have additional gallery controls before sharing the link publicly, including the ability to hide selected images if desired. Family and guests will also be able to access the gallery, download photographs and order prints directly through the online store.

Because online galleries are intended as a delivery method rather than permanent storage, I always recommend downloading and backing up your images across multiple locations, including cloud storage and external drives, once your gallery has been delivered. Printed albums and photographs often become some of the most meaningful ways to revisit these memories for years to come.

FAQ

Choosing a wedding photographer is a deeply personal decision, and I know how important it is to feel confident not only in the work itself, but in the experience behind it. Below are a few of the questions I’m most often asked throughout the planning process.

My approach is calm, attentive and people-focused. I’ll guide you when needed, but I never want the day to feel overly staged or consumed by photography. I pay close attention to the atmosphere of the day, the people around you and the moments naturally unfolding so you can remain fully present within the experience.
More than anything, I value presence. I care deeply about preserving not only how the day looked, but how it felt to live it. The energy, emotion, atmosphere and relationships behind every celebration are what inspire my work most.

Completely normal. Most of my couples tell me this at first. My goal is never to force moments or make you perform for the camera, but to create an environment where you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourselves. I’ll offer gentle direction when it helps while keeping everything feeling natural and relaxed.

You’ll receive a small selection of preview images shortly after the wedding, with full galleries typically delivered within 8–10 weeks.

You’ll receive your high-resolution edited photos through a secure online gallery, ready to download, print and share with your family and friends.

Absolutely. Every final gallery is carefully edited in my signature style for consistency, tone and storytelling. Raw files are not delivered.

Yes. I primarily photograph digitally, with film available as an add-on for couples drawn to its softness, texture and timeless quality.

Every wedding is different, but most galleries include a thoughtful balance of candid moments, portraits, details and the atmosphere of the day as it naturally unfolded. My goal is always to create a gallery that feels cohesive, emotional and fully reflective of your celebration.

Print as many photos as you’d like! I deliver high-resolution photos and grant printing rights to you. You also have the option of printing directly through your online gallery.

Every wedding and venue is different, which is part of what I love most about this work. Whether I’ve photographed your venue before or am experiencing it for the first time, I always arrive prepared and intentionally observant of the space, lighting and atmosphere throughout the day.

Absolutely. I’m based in California and available for weddings worldwide. Documenting celebrations across different places and cultures is something I feel deeply grateful to experience.

A wedding day naturally includes different styles, and each one fits different moments of the day.

For your portraits, I gently guide you to create editorial-inspired images that feel effortless and true to you. Whether your style is elegant and poised, relaxed and playful, or a mix of both, you’ll feel confident and completely yourself in front of the camera.

During the ceremony and throughout the day, my approach becomes more photojournalistic. I capture real emotions, guest reactions, the energy on the dance floor, and all the meaningful in-between moments as they naturally unfold.

Then your full gallery becomes storytelling, the complete narrative of your wedding day, from the big moments to the quiet ones, all connected in a way that truly reflects your experience.

If you see yourselves in my photos, that’s what matters most. A wedding isn’t a photoshoot, it’s a real celebration full of feeling, movement, and connection. I want you to feel your best, while your gallery holds the honest story of your day exactly as it unfolded.

I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can remain fully present for every couple I work with and provide a thoughtful, personalized experience throughout the entire process.

First, you’ll fill out this brief questionnaire so I can learn more about your celebration, your vision and what matters most to you throughout the experience. From there, we’ll schedule a call to connect and discuss your plans in more detail. If you’re still figuring things out or planning something less traditional, that’s completely okay. Collections can always be thoughtfully customized to fit your specific needs.
Once we finalize your coverage details, engagement session and any additional options, I’ll prepare your proposal and contract for review. A signed contract and 50% deposit officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar. From there, we begin planning the experience together.
